Ingredients
3~4 large radishes
Vinegar, 3/4 cup
Water, 1/4 cup
Sugar, 1/4 cup
Salt, 2 tsp.
Directions
(1) Mix vinegar, water, sugar, and salt, and heat to a boil. Turn off heat.
(2) Slice the radish thinly (about 1/4")
(3) Add (1) and (2) to a mason jar or other heat-safe container.
(4) Let cool and refrigerate.
