An Asian version of the wilted salad.
Shungiku, 1 bag
Sesame oil, 3 tbsp
Sesame, to taste (2~3 tbsp)
Korean seasoned nori, 1 pack
Salt, a small pinch
(1) Cut shungiku into bite sized pieces and place on large plate.
(2) Sprinkle a pinch of salt on the shungiku.
(3) Heat sesame oil until it is nearly smoking.
(4) Pour hot oil over the shungiku.
(5) Sprinkle sesame and Korean nori over the top.
