Ingredients
Steamed white rice
Shungiku, washed and chopped
Bacon, slice
Vegetable oil
Chinese chicken soup stock
Directions
1. put some vegetable oil in a frying pan and sauté the bacon.
2. add shungiku in the pan and sauté for 2 minutes and add steamed white rice as well.
3. season the fried rice with Chinese chicken soup stock, salt and pepper.
Note: If you add Chinese chicken soup stock in the rice when you steam it, that will make it better.
