This quick salad is highly nutritious and a good way to take advantage of the refreshing "heat" of wasabina.
wasabina, 1 bunch pepper, to taste
sesame oil, 2 tbsp salt, to taste
grated sesame, to taste
(1) Wash the wasabina and cut into bite-sized pieces
(2) Put on a plate, add the sesame oil and other spices except sesame and mix well.
(3) Sprinkle the grated sesame over the top.
Set the salad aside for a while to allow the flavors to blend and soak in.
